Kale starts are on their way!

We are planning our vegetable and flower gardens during these gray days of February. So far, in the hoop house we have arugula, spinach, carrots, and cilantro planted. We also have a few starts going We had a fantastic day in the hoop house on Monday, as it reached around 80 degrees. We hope to offer a variety of greens this spring. Please visit us at "The Sweetwater Local Foods Market," on Saturdays from 9-12:00 noon. We have a tremendous selection of pork, chicken, turkey sausage, duck, and lamb. We also bring along our delicious baked goods, including some Paleo products. We would love to see you there:)
